Our Team

Our team comprises a group of professionals expert in different fields and are departmentalized as per their qualification, skills, experience and interests. Our team is dedicated to bring more values so as to enhance our clients experience.

Our staff members are trained for all kind of professional work, which, the firm carries out. All are exposed to computer environment and have the required knowledge and high Standard of integrity. A new staff member first undergoes a training period of 3-4 months under a senior staff member and guidance of partners. Staff members are segregated department wise on the basis of their qualification, skills, interest and experience.

Membership : Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India

Key Area of Responsibility : Managing the entire office and providing vision and support to staff and liaising with clients

Brief Description : Mr. Jagwani is a practicing Chartered Accountant since last 10 years and presently focuses in the areas of accountancy, auditing, tax planning, financial decisions & reporting and other legal compliances. Having expertize in advising corporate clients on direct and indirect taxation, accounting and financial matters, and representing them before the government authorities in connection with their legal compliance. He also have a sound knowledge in handling taxation and other legal matters of Individuals, Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), Partnership Firm, Association of Persons (AOP) and Private Limited Companies. He is further having proficiency in financial decision making and preparations of project reports (Project Finance) and matters relating to Government Subsidies.
Mr Jagwani is also having a sound technical knowledge of software and operating of systems. He is even presently playing a role of internal auditor in various corporate clients.
